Questions We Hear Often:

Q: What are the hours of operation?
A: Noah’s opens at 6:30 am and closes at 6:00pm Monday
thru Friday

Q: Where are we located?
A: We are one block south of Cortaro Farms Rd. off of
Silverbell.  Turn right on Benet, just after The Springs
apartments, and follow it down to Noah’s.  We’re on the
right side.

Q: What ages do we accept?
A: We care for children from birth. to 11yrs.

Q: What type of curriculum is used at Noah’s?
A: Noah’s is a Christian Pre-school.  Children learn Bible
verses and stories along with the traditional academic
curriculum from a state accredited University.

Q: Do we provide snacks or meals?
A: Yes.   We provide each child with Breakfast, AM snack,
lunch and a PM snack.  Noah’s is licensed through the CACFP
program. All nutritional requirements and health standards
are practiced.

Q: Do the children take naps?
A: The children will lay down for quiet time between the
hours of 12:30-3:00 (it varies from class to class).        
Children who do not sleep are provided quiet activities to
do while the class is resting.  The parents need to supply a
sheet, pillow and blanket.  Noah’s will supply the mats for
each child.

The infant room has a crib for each child, and naps are
determined by the child's schedule.

Q: What type of discipline is used at Noah’s?
A: We believe positive redirection is the key to help
children succeed.  Helping the children to work out
situations and handle issues in a positive manner are
essential skills needed to be successful through their
lifetime.

Q: What holidays are you closed?
A: Noah’s is closed for Labor Day, Independence Day,
Memorial Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after ,
Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day. There are also two
days a year that the center is closed for professional
development.  On Christmas Eve and New Years Eve the
center will close at 2:00.

Q: Do the children have vacation time?
A: Noah’s Ark offers a family 5 vacation days per child per
year for all full time registered children and 3 vacation
days for all part time registered children.  Vacation Days
cannot be used until the child has been at the Center for
90 days.
